The role leads discipline work on medium to large projects and could serve as a project manager on some assignments. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with healthcare or university focus.
• Expertise with engineering software platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, staff development, training, and mentorship.
• Experience with technical writing and proposal contributions.
