Job summary

Coffman Engineers’ DC Metro office is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead electrical system design and project management on a range of industrial, healthcare, federal and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, develop technical proposals with the business development team, and collaborate with owners, architects, and contractors. PE license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage electrical systems for multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with architects, owners, and general contractors.
• Lead design teams and develop proposals with business development.
