Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Electrical Engineer Sr for the Simulation and System Labs (SSL) team in Fort Worth, TX. You’ll design, develop, and integrate advanced hardware powering MITL and HITL lab environments.

You will lead wiring, drawings, BOMs, and configuration control, while coordinating procurement and vendor engagement to meet cost and schedule targets. This role emphasizes EVMS inputs and cross-discipline collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electrical hardware design and interpretation/development of Engineering Drawings, Parts Lists, and/or Bill of Materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop wiring schematics, 2D drawings, parts lists, and configuration control for lab equipment.
• Perform systems requirements analysis, estimation, and EVMS status coordination to meet cost and schedule targets.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor engagement, and fabrication liaison for power distribution and avionics interfaces.
• Oversee hardware checkout, troubleshooting, and integration of MITL and HITL systems.
• Provide Earned Value Management inputs and collaborate across hardware disciplines.
