Job summary

A leading engineering firm is searching for a mid-to-senior level Electrical Engineer in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will conduct field investigations, perform analyses, and evaluate electrical systems across various facilities. Required qualifications include an ABET-accredited degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field. Compensation ranges from $100K to $170K, alongside a competitive benefits package including 401K and medical plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 Years Electrical Engineering experience in design or other background that promotes an understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona through NCEES examination.
• Knowledge of national building and construction codes (ICC, NEC, NFPA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conduct field investigations and perform failure/accident analysis for electrical equipment and/or mechanical equipment.
• Evaluate design drawings and documentation.
• Manage multiple project assignments, executing them on time and within budget.

Skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Field experience

Knowledge of estimating electrical equipment designs

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
