Re:Build Fikst, a Re:Build Manufacturing company, located in Wilmington, MA, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to design and bring to life innovative electrical systems for medical devices, robotics, and industrial automation. You will work across the full product development lifecycle, from concept to production, collaborating with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.

You will engineer analog/digital circuitry, power systems, embedded electronics, and PCB assemblies, while

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
8–12 years of experience developing electrical or electronic products.
Experience taking products from concept through manufacturing.
Experience with analog and digital circuit design.
PCB design and layout experience.
Knowledge of embedded electronics and microcontroller-based systems.
Experience with electrical design and simulation tools such as Altium, OrCAD, PSpice, or similar tools.
Hands‑on experience debugging hardware and validating designs.
Organized thinkers who can guide clients through the big picture while deep diving into the technical details.
A technical multiplier who measures their own success by the growth and success of the engineers around them.
Mentors who enjoy engaging with less experienced engineers to get great work done.
Curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to continuously learn.

Responsibilities

Develop electrical and electronic solutions for products across medical devices, robotics, automation, and life sciences.
Work throughout the product development lifecycle from concept to production.
Design analog and digital circuitry, power systems, embedded electronics, sensor interfaces, instrumentation, PCB assemblies, and electromechanical control systems.
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and industrial design engineers.
Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to transition designs into production.
Engage with clients during reviews and demonstrations; learn new technologies on each project.
