Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• PE license preferred, especially in Colorado/California.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience on EPC/industrial projects.
• Leadership in executing electrical scopes on large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI/IEEE/IEC/NEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering scope for medium/large EPC projects from concept to execution.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to engineers and designers.
• Develop project plans, estimate hours, assign work, and monitor schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with project management, discipline leads, customers, procurement, and construction.
• Prepare, review, and approve electrical deliverables (LDs, SLDs, power distribution, grounding, etc.).
• Perform load flow, short circuit, motor starting, harmonics, arc flash studies, and related analyses.
• Support procurement, TIC estimating, and start-up activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in safety and quality initiatives.
