Qualifications

• PE is required for this role.
• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience.
• Professional Engineering licensure (any U.S. state); additional state licenses may be required for particular projects.
• Proven ability to engage with clients and develop relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in business growth strategy.
• Experience with proposal development and project execution planning.
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior technical staff.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Availability to travel as required (typically less than 50%).
• Availability to work at least 2 days per week in the Gainesville, FL office when not traveling.

Responsibilities

• Lead an electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and engineering design solutions.
• Collaborate with Client Account Managers on strategic pursuits.
• Anticipate challenges and manage 'up and out' while supporting large project delivery teams.
