Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Syracuse area to design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls for diverse products. The role involves collaboration on new product development from concept through production and hands-on schematic creation using Altium or OrCAD.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience in analog/digital design, including microcontrollers and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and component-level troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
