Qualifications

• 5-10 years customer-facing experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support from opportunity discovery through design-win.
• Resolve customer quality issues in accordance with company values.
• Generate and maintain product documentation and presentations.
• Coordinate with factories on design concepts for new products.
• Maintain internal component database accuracy.
• Manage product safety certifications and compliance documentation.
• Support customers with technical inquiries regarding components.
