Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience building and testing systems.
• Familiarity with MIL-Specs and MIL-PRFs for electrical engineering.
• Capability to see programs from proposal to production.
• Experience interfacing with customers and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with CAD/Analysis tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Work within multidisciplinary teams to design and support complex systems.
• Oversee the component life-cycle from proposal to production.
• Design and develop new features for existing products.
• Troubleshoot and root cause challenging problems.
• Spearhead the electrical design and testing to MIL-Spec.
