Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or architectural engineering.
• 9+ years of relevant experience.
• PE license required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience with Revit and Bluebeam.
• MEP/Construction industry experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex or large-scale projects.
• Oversee the preparation of design documents, layouts, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Provide discipline-wide technical guidance for advanced engineering problems.
• Mentor designers and engineers across teams.
• Participate in staffing, training, and technical strategy development.
• Ensure quality oversight and final quality reviews for standards compliance.
• Communicate with clients and lead in resolving technical questions.
• Lead or support strategic business development and client relationships.
• Serve as Engineer of Record when assigned.
