Qualifications

• Ability to develop design approaches and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design approaches on assigned projects with senior technical staff input.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and CAD operators.
• Coordinate with project managers on budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Perform on-site inspections and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
