Singer Group in Torrance, CA seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead automotive electrical development. You will own schematics, testing, and cross-functional integration for vehicle programs, including Porsche engine familiarity and real-time diagnostics.

Candidates should have 6+ years in automotive electrical engineering, CATIA, and proficiency with MoTec/Emtron/AEM data acquisition and engine control systems. This is a fast-paced team role with travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years of automotive electrical engineering experience
• Experience with Porsche air cooled engines
• CATIA or similar CAD software
• Coding experience
• Experience with MoTec, Emtron, AEM data acquisition systems

Responsabilidades

• Identify requirements and develop concepts for electrical systems across vehicle programs
• Use lab equipment to root cause issues on systems and vehicles
• CAD design to support R&D in product development
• Design and prototype circuit boards and harnesses
• Develop and implement test procedures for electrical components and wiring
• Interface with cross-functional teams for testing and systems integration
• Create work instructions for manufacturing operations
• Support sourcing of new components with technical input
• Travel occasionally for testing or supplier visits
• Perform other duties as assigned
