Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, controls, or test engineering.
• LabVIEW coding is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of electronics, circuit design, and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• ATE System Design: Design schematics, layouts, and wiring for industrial electrical control panels and test fixtures.
• Hardware Selection: Research and specify test equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, data acquisition systems, and sensors, National Instrument test modules
• Validation & Debugging: Perform debugging and optimize automated processes to minimize cycle time and maximize uptime
• Test & Optimization: Create test plans, develop algorithms (RF, analog, digital), debug failures, optimize test time, and improve yield for cost‑effective, high‑quality production.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth product release.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all test equipment meets safety standards such as UL508A, NFPA79, and OSHA requirements
