Design, test, troubleshoot, and sustain analog electrical and electronic systems for electromechanical avionics instruments, including circuits, interfaces, and integrated assemblies. Maintain engineering documentation, support qualification and reliability testing, resolve production and field issues with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while complying with AS9100D.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5–10 years of analog circuit design experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or precision instrumentation. Candidates should have strong analog fundamentals, hands‑on experience with motors, sensors, synchros and resolvers, proficiency with schematic and PCB documentation tools and lab equipment, and the ability to work with legacy technical documentation and produce clear test reports.
