A leading automotive technology company is seeking an engineer to design motor drive inverters for Hybrid and Electric Vehicle systems. The role includes verifying designs, providing manufacturing support, and collaborating on new product development. Responsibilities

• Design and develop motor drive inverters/DCDC converters for Hybrid and Electric Vehicle systems.
• Ensure products meet all customers and internal electrical requirements.
• Find root cause and corrective action to any electrical design related issues.
• Apply engineering CAD/CAE tools to perform design analysis and evaluation.
• Verify and validate designs on bench and in vehicle as necessary.
• Support module level validation.
• Follow engineering design process and product release procedures.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up.
• Participate in new product development with others as a team player.
