Job description

  • Support and maintain electrical distribution systems, switchgear, panels, transformers, and critical power infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot power-related issues and implement solutions to improve system reliability.
  • Support UPS systems, backup power systems, battery backups, and automatic transfer switches (ATS).
  • Coordinate and execute facility upgrades while maintaining continuous operations.
  • Partner with facilities, maintenance, and engineering teams to support HVAC and utility systems.
  • Participate in off-hours maintenance and project activities as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities, utilities, plant engineering, or electrical infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, electrical panels, transformers, UPS systems, and backup power solutions.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, critical facilities, data centers, or similar environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and facility-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical or biotech facility experience.
  • Experience with HVAC, air handling units (AHUs), and facility utility systems.
  • Experience supporting facilities that operate 24/7.
