Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Their projects include the design, build, and commissioning of modular PDC/MCC buildings, low and medium-voltage power systems, and integrated control solutions for complex facilities.

The Opportunity

They’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their growing team and take a leading role in the design, installation, and supervision of power distribution and control projects. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge, hands‑on experience, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical design and installation for modular PDCs and MCCs
  • Engineer and oversee low and medium-voltage power systems including switchgear, drives, and generators
  • Provide technical oversight on field installation, grounding, and cable routing within modular buildings
  • Ensure full compliance with NEC code, equipment spacing, lifting, and installation best practices
  • Supervise and support craft personnel and subcontractors during field work
  • Collaborate with automation and controls teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Review drawings, BOMs, and vendor packages for accuracy and constructability
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and project execution
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
  • Registered Professional engineer (P.E License)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in industrial power systems or systems integration
  • Demonstrated experience with PDC/MCC buildings, medium-voltage switchgear, and VFDs
  • Strong understanding of NEC, NEMA, and IEEE standards
  • Hands‑on field experience with installation, lifting, and commissioning activities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to guide field teams effectively
