Job summary

SSOE Group seeks a mid-to-senior Electrical Designer with strong Revit experience for its Industrial Facilities team in Austin. You will develop electrical designs, manage Revit models, and coordinate with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions for industrial clients.

The role requires a decade of electrical design experience, advanced Revit skills, and ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of electrical designer experience.
• Advanced experience with Revit software is required.
• Experience with power system design and lighting software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• May serve as lead designer on assigned projects.
• Develop and coordinate designs using Revit and other design tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams.
• Provide direction to design staff and CAD/Revit support personnel.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and design coordination.
• Ensure designs meet applicable standards and project requirements.
• Attends construction meetings and produces site observation reports.
