ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Lead for an onsite role in Chandler, AZ on a 5+ month contract. You will lead development of complex electrical design packages for advanced facilities, including semiconductor and mission-critical projects, ensuring quality and compliance.

The position requires 10+ years of experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, leadership abilities, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of relevant electrical design experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit.
• Experience leading complex electrical design scopes.
• Ability to coordinate multi-discipline project packages.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and delivery of complex electrical design packages.
• Develop electrical power distribution, lighting, and grounding designs using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Plan and coordinate electrical design execution strategies to support objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination efforts and resolve design conflicts.
• Review and approve design deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, construction teams, and clients.
• Develop staffing plans and forecast workload for projects.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior designers.
• Promote design quality and digital delivery best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution and workflow efficiency.
• Support proposal development, estimating, and project planning as needed.
