Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr Electrical Design Engineer PE (Multi-Family) with 6+ years of engineering consulting experience. Responsibilities include design and project management of commercial projects; proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, and a P.E. license is required. Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET Accredited College or University.
• 6+ years of Electrical Systems Design of Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional, Industrial Projects.
• P.E. Licensed Required.
• Experience designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and project manage commercial electrical systems for multi‑family and other projects.
• Coordinate electrical design with architecture, mechanical, and other disciplines.
• Develop electrical designs from concept through construction completion.
• Prepare engineering calculations, layouts, and reports.
