Redwood Materials is seeking a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer to join our team in Nevada. You will design and review electrical control systems for our plants, build and modify control panels, and troubleshoot systems using SolidWorks Electrical.
The role emphasizes collaboration across electrical, mechanical, process, and controls teams. You will read P&IDs, develop IO lists, and create loops for plant construction while working with suppliers to standardize parts.

Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.
In this role you will work with the electrical , mechanical, process and controls teams at Redwood Materials. You will review and design electrical controls systems for our plants, including industrial control panels and plan modifications and improvements to control panels in our plants, using SolidWorks Electrical. It will also involve troubleshooting and testing, as well as quality assurance. The role is based in Carson City, NV.
The position is full-time.
