Jacobs is seeking a Senior Electrical Cost Estimator to produce cost estimates ranging from $5M to $10B, including utility and transportation projects. Responsibilities include developing estimates, reviewing proposals, and interfacing with clients.
The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of electrical experience and proficiency in estimating software. This hybrid role is based out of the Western region of the U.S.

Senior Electrical Cost Estimator – An experienced estimator required to produce cost estimates on projects ranging in size from $5M to $10B, including utility, substation, distribution, transmission, highway and other transportation projects. The role involves reviewing design documents, proposals, specifications, drawings, attending design development meetings and creating estimates with scope validations and risk assessments.
We’re considering candidates located in the Western region of the United States; the selected employee will be assigned to the nearest Jacobs office as a hybrid employee.

The base salary range for this position is $145,000 to $190,000. Pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
