Nmble Hiring Solutions is partnering with a global leader in warehouse and supply chain automation to staff its new technical training facility in Grand Rapids. We're seeking two experienced electrical and controls trainers to deliver hands-on training to internal teams and customers who operate and maintain advanced material handling systems.

If you know PLCs inside and out and you enjoy teaching others, this is a chance to help launch a new training center from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical training on automated systems.
• Strong PLC skills and experience with industrial controls.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to adapt curriculum as equipment changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training on system operations and maintenance.
• Explain how custom automation fits into full material handling operations.
• Develop student guides and training materials for in-person and digital delivery.
• Adapt curriculum as equipment and software change.
• Grow into additional responsibilities as knowledge increases.
