• Develop the estimate and the integrated project plan with the project team.
• Understand the contract, scope, specifications, drawings, and integrated project plan.
• Manage site logistics with the Logistics Service Center.
• Manage procurements and material releases against a bill of material with Procurement Service Center.
• Collaborate with senior management, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve work procedures.
