Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Eight+ years field experience in industrial electrical construction.
• Experience managing multiple jobsites and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs and manage cost codes and controls.
• Direct daily communication with superintendents.
• Order materials and track delivery to milestones.
• Manage field safety, quality, and compliance with NEC.
• Oversee multiple jobsites, budgets, labor, and profitability.
• Prepare schedules, meetings, and progress reports.
