Job summary

Allied Resources is seeking Electric Utility Construction Managers to support utility construction projects across Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley. The positions involve overseeing project quality on construction sites, reviewing BOMs, performing safety audits, and guiding bid development and evaluations with the project

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the energy industry.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Experience as Journeyman Lineman, Substation Electrician, or Utility Construction Manager.
• Knowledge of transmission, distribution, substation and underground construction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project quality and provide updates on construction sites.
• Review BOMs and assist with material availability.
• Perform safety audits.
• Monitor safety, costs, quality and schedule performance of contractors.
• Provide constructability feedback during design and walkdowns.
• Elevate document deficiencies and provide planning support to the project team.
• Develop work scope for construction bid documents and assist with bid evaluations.
