Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, assign, coordinate, inspect, and evaluate electric utility work.
• Leadership experience overseeing crews and contractors.
• Strong communication with officials, public, and staff.
• Budgeting and resource allocation understanding within municipal utilities.
• Emergency response and system reliability planning.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, organizing, and directing overall Electric Department operations.
• Represents department before Town leadership and external partners.
• Acts as Electric Director when assigned or in absence.
• Directs construction, maintenance, outage response, reliability, and customer service.
• Oversees budgets, staffing, and capital investments for the electric utility.
