Blue Origin is seeking an Assembly & Integration Technician to support engineering, production, and manufacturing teams. You will build, integrate, test, modify, and checkout Electric Propulsion hardware from engineering drawings and detailed work instructions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of aerospace manufacturing, integration, or related field.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs accurately.
• Hands-on assembly and integration of structural, mechanical, fluid, and avionics systems.
• Proficient with precision calibration tools (torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers).
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Experience with adhesives, sealants, and fasteners.
• Basic proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate subcomponents and final assemblies according to specs.
• Configure production work areas with tooling to enable high-rate manufacturing.
• Operate precision tools to maintain safety and quality.
• Identify and implement safety, efficiency, productivity improvements.
• Perform tests, troubleshoot, and fault isolation.
• Support transition from development to production; perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S principles.
