Job summary

Leader Tech, a world leading innovator in EMI shielding, seeks a Conductive Elastomer Manager to oversee all aspects of production for elastomer components used in EMI/RFI shielding. You will drive operational excellence, ensure on-time delivery, and lead a team in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, process optimization, KPI monitoring, and developing staff while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing daily manufacturing operations in a regulated environment (ISO 9001/AS9100).
• Proven ability to improve yield, reduce scrap, and increase OEE.
• Ability to lead and develop production supervisors and operators.
• Strong adherence to quality standards and CAPA/ RCA processes.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production scheduling to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
• Manage daily manufacturing operations including processing of conductive elastomers.
• Monitor KPIs (yield, scrap, OEE, throughput) and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and operators.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma initiatives and reduce waste.
