Job summary

PermiaCare in Odessa, TX seeks an EIS Team Lead to ensure Early Intervention Specialists provide high-quality services to children birth to 3 and their families in home and community settings.

The role guides EIS staff, assists ECI leadership, and supervises specialists; requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in early childhood development, plus certification within 1 year. Driving and on-site work are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Early Childhood Development.
• Must become a fully certified EIS within 1 year.
• Valid Texas driver's license and auto insurance.
• Pass criminal history and background checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Experience supervising staff in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the ECI program to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Review EHR data to ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Coordinate training and evaluate staff performance.
• Meet unit performance measures and manage caseloads.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records per HIPAA.
• Drive to agency program sites and community locations as needed.
