Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Sr. Manager, EHS & Sustainability Site Leader for Lithia Springs, GA. This role oversees all EHS performance, regulatory posture, and sustainability execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will shape the site EHS strategy, collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain, and lead governance and performance improvements. The position requires a track record of strong EHS leadership, regulatory interaction, and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, EHS, or related discipline is required.
• Advanced degree and/or certifications in EHS, risk management, or related disciplines are strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in complex manufacturing with strong performance outcomes.
• Experience leading EHS programs across project stages (design through handover) and managing risk.
• Experience leading regulatory inspections, agency interactions, and audit programs with effective outcomes.
• Pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or animal health operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own EHS strategy and 3–5 year roadmap for the Lithia Springs site and align with enterprise priorities.
• Serve as the single accountable leader for site EHS governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Lead site through regulatory strategy, inspections, and negotiations to protect company interests.
• Coach leaders and teams to embed EHS into business decisions on production, labs, warehouses, and maintenance.
• Lead site-wide investigations and root-cause problem solving to drive systemic prevention.
• Manage capital projects EHS deliverables, permits to work, and readiness reviews.
