Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Digital EHS&S Implementation Consultant to lead the design and delivery of Intelex-based EHS&S solutions for clients. The role requires hands-on configuration, testing, and rollout with a focus on quality and client success.

You will gather requirements, translate them into design specs, and guide deployments from configuration to go-live, leveraging best practices and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience configuring the Intelex EHS&S software solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, environmental compliance data management or related domains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and deployment of the Intelex EHS&S system for clients.
• Gather business requirements, translate into specifications, configure, test, and rollout EHS&S software.
• Provide guidance on best practices for system design and integration and support go-live activities.
