Job summary

Forensic Analytical Consulting Services is seeking a Sr. Environmental Health Specialist (Project Manager in Training) to bridge technical fieldwork with project leadership.

You will gain hands-on exposure to client engagement, budgeting, and reporting while applying deep EHS expertise in asbestos, lead, and mold. You’ll work with senior PMs on diverse projects, conduct site surveys, oversee abatement, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IH/Health & Safety/Science.
• Minimum 3 years of field experience in asbestos, lead, mold, EHS, or related disciplines.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn systems like Clearview.
• Required certifications must be current (CSP/CHST/OHST preferred).

Responsibilities

• Attend job walks, pre-construction meetings, and client meetings.
• Assist in preparing proposals and project budgets.
• Review project scope and define deliverables.
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and technical knowledge.
• Review project drawings, plans, and specifications.
