Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred and minimum 5–10 years in EHS roles.
• Strong understanding of environmental health and safety laws and standards.
• Experience in lean manufacturing environments and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations across facilities.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, training, and emergency plans.
• Collaborate with management to drive enterprise-wide EHS initiatives.
• Monitor, report, and improve safety metrics and audits.
