A leading environmental consulting firm in Sacramento is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to manage and improve EHS training programs across the organization. Candidates should have at least 12 years of experience and a solid understanding of environmental regulations. This role offers hybrid working conditions and a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in environmental health and safety.
• Understanding of Workers Compensation laws.
• Basic understanding of Hazard recognition, controls, and program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and track EHS training programs.
• Conduct field safety visits and audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EH&S regulations.
