Job summary

Jpgovsolutions is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager in Central Texas. The role involves developing, implementing, and enforcing EHS programs for two 21,000-ton central chiller plants, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of EHS experience in large construction projects. Candidates with certifications such as CSP or CHST are preferred. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of EHS experience on large industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience supporting turnkey or EPC projects.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, and local Texas regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project-Specific Environmental Health & Safety Plan.
• Enforce OSHA standards and applicable Texas safety regulations.
• Conduct site-specific safety orientations and training.
