Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 minimum years of experience in EHS

• Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites
• Experience in managing regulatory compliance (OSHA, workers' compensation, training, environmental and ergonomics)

Responsibilities

• Monitor EHS performance, identify risks, and lead audits and on-site inspections
• Manage investigations of EHS incidents and implement corrective actions
• Provide EHS expertise to area and plant managers and drive training programs
• Lead, develop, and manage a team of EHS professionals
• Coordinate compliance audits and inspections, including insurance inspections
• Ensure equipment meets legal and YF policies and manage the plant's occupational health program
• Cultivate EHS culture and ensure ISO/OSH standards are applied across operations
• Maintain relationships with EHS stakeholders and community groups
• Ensure product safety, quality, and compliance requirements are met
