Job summary

Ams Osram is seeking an experienced EHS & Facilities Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives and oversee key facility operations at our Warren, PA site. You will drive regulatory compliance, manage ISO programs, and coordinate training, audits, and contractor activities to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in EHS and/or facilities within manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or cross-functional ownership.
• Experience with OSHA/EPA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance and maintain ISO 14001/45001 systems.
• Lead incident investigations and safety training programs.
• Coordinate external contractors for HVAC, electrical, and fire protection.
• Maintain site security, emergency plans, and business continuity readiness.
