Job summary

Anduril is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Senior Engineer for an onsite role in Ashville, OH, just south of Columbus. You will lead the development and implementation of EHS programs to meet federal, state, and local regulations across manufacturing, test and R&D environments at Arsenal 1 megafactory.

You will investigate incidents, coordinate with regulators and leadership, and focus on hazard analysis, hazardous waste management, and compliance with key safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience implementing and overseeing environmental, health and safety programs.
• Experience in 29 CFR 1910 General Industry.
• Experience in 40 CFR Parts 260-279 Hazardous Waste Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist accident/incidents investigations, analyze root causes, and implement preventative actions.
• Serve as an EHS interface with employees, managers, customers, auditors and regulators.
• Identify workplace safety hazards and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with other departments to guide safe behaviors.
• Responsible for hazardous waste management, including handling, labeling, and storage.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and standards (Hazard communication, fall protection, LOTO, machine guarding, electrical, emergency response, chemical management).
