Job summary

A leading health care provider in New Haven is seeking an experienced Neurodiagnostic Technologist to perform standard and complex EEG recordings across all age groups. The candidate must possess an R.EEG.T. or equivalent and have at least three years of relevant experience. Responsibilities will encompass preparing patients, conducting physiologic studies, and maintaining the cleanliness of equipment. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years performing standard and complex neurodiagnostic procedures.
• R.EEG.T. or equivalent licensure required.
• Proficiency with International 10-20 System of Electrode Placement.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and conducts various physiologic studies on patients.
• Performs EEG recordings and reviews patient neurological status.
• Adapts methods based on clinical observations and test findings.
• Maintains and repairs laboratory equipment as necessary.
