Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited architecture degree required; licensure preferred.
• 15+ years of experience with strong leadership in education projects.
• Registered architect; sustainability design accreditation preferred.
• Advanced Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads team and project architects on planning and problem solving.
• Collaborates with PIC/PM to define work plans and schedules.
• Oversees documents and QA/QC to meet HKS standards.
• Prepares client presentations and manages client communication.
• Coordinates with consultants, agencies, and contractors; travel as needed.
