• At least four years managing programs in public or educational agencies with DSA permitting experience.
• Experience handling multiple education or public agency programs concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Review budgets, schedules, and costs for conformance to scope and requirements.
• Supervise planners in scope, schedule, and budget development to reflect stakeholder goals.
• Develop funding strategies including grants and private funds.
• Perform value engineering to reduce overruns and propose improvements.
• Prepare executive reports and coordinate policy and procedure updates.
