You will collaborate with product owners, project managers, and technical teams to define scope, document processes, and help deliver solutions that meet customer expectations while building domain expertise in supported functions.

• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to establish project vision and scope.
• Analyze and document current business processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop business, functional, and user requirements to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
• Act as a liaison between business areas and technology teams by understanding and evaluating business requirements.
• Help define and deliver projects and solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Develop domain expertise in supported business functions.
• Participate in creating multi-year business strategies, capability plans, and technology roadmaps.
• Work within the Marketing domain, including areas such as Email Program Support, Modeling and Audience Targeting, Customer Acquisition, Data Feeds, Customer File Maintenance, Promotions, Campaign Management, and Customer Insights & Analytics.
