Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 8–10 years of professional post-production experience including coordinating editorial workflows or supporting editorial team operations.
• Experience delivering content for multiple distribution platforms including broadcast, streaming, web, and social media.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate editorial resources and work with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent creative judgment, visual storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with deadlines and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Editorial department, coordinating resources, project assignments, and priorities for efficient workflows.
• Supervise and support Editorial team members, including assigning work, giving feedback, and contributing to performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with producers, directors, and cross-functional teams to align resources and schedules with timelines.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing for the Editorial team and establish best practices.
• Edit long-form and short-form video content for broadcast, digital, and social media distribution.
• Interpret scripts and storyboards to craft compelling visual narratives and audience engagement.
• Perform advanced color correction, visual effects integration, and motion graphics as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical quality standards including format, resolution, audio, captions, and file specs.
• Maintain organized project files, media assets, and version control; troubleshoot production challenges.
• Mentor editors and drive consistency in creative and technical output.
• Lead development and improvement of editorial workflows and post-production processes, exploring AI-driven solutions.
