Job summary

A government services organization is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join their Legal Department. You will support legal accounts by providing expertise in electronic discovery and litigation support. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI.
• Develop a discovery plan with the litigation team.
• Utilize electronic discovery applications effectively.
• Coordinate results with FBI units for processing.
• Train agency personnel on electronic discovery software.

Skills

eDiscovery/litigation support experience

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Familiarity with eDiscovery Services

Education

BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience

JD highly preferred
