Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory/management experience on major e-discovery/litigation support projects.
• Experience with Relativity, Clearwell, iCONECT, Casepoint, Everlaw.
• Ability to manage numerous complex, time-sensitive litigation support activities.
• Expert knowledge of litigation support; strong writing and communication skills.
• Anticipate litigation support needs and develop detailed plans.
• Knowledge of Government data processing environments (PC-based and virtual).
• Familiarity with Electronically Stored Information (ESI) tools and eDiscovery procedures.
• Expert user of Government office and network environments.
• Substantial experience may substitute for degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• This position serves as the primary contact for case support.
• Manage multiple active cases across discovery, document review, and trial stages.
• Coordinate with DOJ COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, and staff.
• Plan and manage all case support, including workflow, budgeting and resources.
• Perform active quality assurance to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Ensure security compliance for all project materials per procedures.
• Coordinate with other Contractor components to deliver project support.
