Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an experienced Senior Data Specialist II in Baltimore to assist in the EDRM workflow for a large Federal agency initiative. The ideal candidate will perform a range of tasks including file manipulation, quality checks, and support for attorneys.

This role requires extensive knowledge of litigation discovery processes, ability to manage documents and data, and experience with various document processing platforms. The position includes benefits such as health, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow.
• At least two years’ experience in electronic files processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform file manipulation, database indexing, and quality checks.
• Support attorneys and manage document review databases.
• Coordinate with Technology Service Center on litigation support projects.

Skills

Knowledge of litigation discovery process

Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity

Working knowledge of personal computers

Two years’ experience performing eDiscovery roles

Education

Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field
