Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. represents an established law firm seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to lead complex litigation data workflows.

You will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate results. Responsibilities include handling intake, processing, loading, production, and archival; maintaining RelativityOne databases; and ensuring data quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of the EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage and chain-of-custody documentation.
