Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior EDI Support Specialist to provide L2/L3 support for enterprise EDI platforms across Claims, Membership, Enrolment, and Payment functions. The role requires expertise in HIPAA X12, production monitoring, incident resolution, and trading partner management within Edifecs/TriZetto HIPAA Gateway environments.

Location: Washington. Compensation ranges from $72,000 to $108,000, with full-time benefits including insurance, retirement plans, and time off.

Qualifications

Hands-on support, troubleshooting, and optimization of EDI transactions (834, 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278, 820 TA1, 999, 277CA).
Experience with Edifecs/TriZetto HIPAA Gateway environments is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA X12 messaging and healthcare payer operations.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for EDI platforms across Claims, Membership, Enrolment, Billing, Provider, and Payment.
Monitor and resolve EDI failures, rejects, and file transmissions; support associated integrations.
Perform root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and performance improvements.
Assist with trading partner onboarding, certification, testing, and production releases.
Collaborate with business users, vendors, and partners to resolve operational issues.
